The traditional barrel is a classic but not many people have one. How about a big cardboard box? You could maybe wear a towel underneath. Or you could take a page out of Scarlet O hara's book and wear the drapes. (Do it the Carol Burnett way and leave the curtain rods in.)

I never heard of an anything but clothes party.
Can you take an old phone book and whip something up out of the pages? Scotch tape ought to do the trick for holding it together.
What about Reynolds wrap - aluminum foil?

coconuts and a fig leaf :) I'm sure even Adam and Eve wouldn't disagree with me. Get really wasted and nobody will care anyway, even better turn up fashionably late and they'll all be to wasted to notice anyway. Enjoy your party, I'm sure I would ha ha

Caution Tape, beer boxes, colored ceran wrap, bubble paper, those "happy birthday" or "Get well" balloons...look up -anything but clothes- in the image search of yahoo...tons of ideas there AND PHOTOS!

I had a friend who once made an entire dress out of duck tape. It was a mini-dress, but it's very possible, and it held together VERY well...it was VERY impressive. Try that?
