When was it ever "innocent"? I think you're referring to 9/11 and all that, but that's not accurate. My grandparents' generation fought an enemy that was a few mistakes from having taken over the world. Men have been fighting since the beginning of time.

I think it has. Just look at todays youth I am not trying to single out one group. However, I do when I was 14 I wasnt thinking about becoming pregnant or blowing up my school, shooting my classmates, etc. I am not puttin the total blame on the youth the parents have responsiblity in it too. I sure would never talk to my rents the way kids today do. Also who would have ever thought about pedofiles on the net, porn on the net, peoples private sex tapes getting stolen and put on the net. I mean honestly what is wrong with today. Dont get me wrong I love the USA and being an american but when do we say enough is enough and get things back the way they were when i was kid. All i was worried about was talking my parents into extending my curfew and now I am scared what is going to be out there when my kids become teenagers. The really sad thing is that I am only 28 years old this how fast paced the world has lost its innocence.

I am not so sure the world ever had an innocence. Children most definitely have innocence but it seems that the world and the way things have changed socially and etc so dramatically in the past 30 years...kids lose their innocence way too soon.

No,

We are all born with innocence. And no matter how cynical we become as we groww older- we eventually die. And newbies arrive who are innocent and niave.

Those of you who are wise to the dark side of mankind's - can revitalize your innocence - by trusting once again. It is rekindled when we see someone reach out to help another- You see it the face of strangers who help others just because they were at the right place at the right time.

Innocence- yes it still exists.

Yes, it sure has. Even the small children are no longer innocent. Noone tries to protect from the evils of the world anymore.

yes i do think so; but i also feel that the world was never innocent. even the angels sinned: Now it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born to them, that the sons of God (sons of God meaning the angels) saw the daughters of men, that they were beautiful, and they took wives (meaning they had sex with the females) for themselves of all whom they chose. (Genesis 6:1-2). This is how giants and mutants came about. Angels were huge and they mated with the women and produced giants. So having that piece of information, the world was NEVER innocent.

One could desire to argue despite if humanity or perhaps civilization has lost its innocence, however the "international" is an insensate merchandise, completely incapable of the self-expertise mandatory to very own innocence. Such poetic imagery and word video games in easy terms strengthen ambiguity and confuse the communicate.
