It depends on the size of your tank. normally it is 1 inch for every gallon. Say you have a 10 gallon tank, you could have up to 10 1 inch fish or 5 2inch fish, you get the idea. You need to make sure whatever fish you get are compatible with snails and frogs

if the fish can cope with the frog and snail, go for it.... the fish might eat them, go to a local pet store they have the better expertise,

Why don't you ask this in the right category??? But the answer is roughly 1 gallon per inch of things in it. for instance in a 10 gal tank you could have 10 1 inch fish or 2 5 inch fish. so with that you have to add the amount of size of frog and snail then subtract that from amount of water...
