3-x = -(x-3)
so...
x/(3-x) = -x/(x-3)
the sum is 3-x / x-3
that = -1

multiply each term through by 3x

(-2x^2 - 9x + 9)/3x

[edit]
I wish people would put parenthesis in these equations.
If the terms above are: 3/(x-3) and x/(3-x), then answer 2 and 3 are correct.

You have to get to equal terms
So you have to multiply top and bottom of the left side by 3-x and you have to multiply top and bottom of the right side by x-3
Answer is -x2 (neg x squared) -6x +9

(3/x-3) + (x/3-x)
= (3/x-3)*(3-x) + (x/3-x)*(x-3)
=9-3x/(x-3)(3-x) +x^2 -3x/(3-x)(x-3)
=9-3x+x^2 -3x/ -x^2+6x-9
=x^2- 6x+9 / -x^2 +6x -9
=(x-3)(x-3)/-1(x-3)(x-3)
