People are people. They probably weren't much different from the way people are now.

Of course, societal standards were different in ancient Greece. For instance, slavery was normal and acceptable. So was homosexuality.

Depends on what your definition of immoral is. Prositution is the oldest occupation and I am sure there were many engaged in the practice then. They also consumed lots of wine. But it's all in what you see as immoral and also the standards of that time period. Always remember to look at things like people of that time would have.

No more than today. But they operated on a moral systen different than our own. They still operated on a us versus them tribal mentaltiy. That's one of the large leaps of the Hellenistic Age: the abandonment of that morality for something more cosmopolitan that people in close contact could live with.
