well if he said no, then chances are he doesnt, but just don't be so available to him and if he does like you he will ask you out.

Boys seem to enjoy leading girls on. If he said no, then I would accept that as him not being interested. It shouldn't a big deal at all. Just be his friend or something. Don't push yourself on him...it'll make you seem like you're desperate. You certainly don't want to do that. Good luck kid.

Feelings can may mislead you. But he was maybe shy and not ready for a relationship. The best thing you can do is be friends.

Let him make the first move, become friends with him so that he can without being embarresed, or so he can do it all together easier and be more friendly with you in the long run.

There is this weird thing with people, where after someone says they like them, and they don't like them back, they end up liking the person. He may like you or he may not. you never know until you ask.
