Seriously at this point in the year you should be able to say these things.
What have you learned so far? Can you do any of that?
Remember with age you have to say J'ai and not Je suis.
For some day you should say Un jour. I want is je veux. The rest you should know. Put it together and write it yourself.
What will you when there is a test?

Think about what you do know how to say, like where you live, who you live with, do you have a cat, a dog, a fish? What other sports do you like? do you like to read? whats your favorite holiday?
Please check for accents, i dont know how to type them

just think about what you already know how to say and change it to talk about yourself.
