Supposing you mean that you mean when you think your answer was great and was the best then you dont get the 10 pts for best answer yes I hate when that happens :)!

I always give the best answer I can. It isn't my decision if it's "the best" or not. I worry about best answers on the questions I ask.

What the 'best' answer is wont be the same to everyone. Everyone thinks differently (I hope). I just go with the flow. If I get 'best' that is great, (I feel appreciated then) If not, well, another time then.
