With eyeliner how can i...?

Question

Make funky designs with, like in a picture i once saw with it drawn like a spike at the top, looked really pretty! Example pictures please.

Use liquid eyeliner, everytime i do it gets in my eye and it all goes gray X_x

Draw it on my top lid, weather inside or out, i flinch too much and end up making a mess or making it look like eyeshadow instead.

Oh! and also what do you think would be the best colour to use on me? Hazel eyes with a black outline, brown hair.

Well with hazel eyes, greens and pinks look the best. I have eyes that are kind of hazel-ish, and greens and pinks brings out the color of your eyes. But I also use purple, gray, blue, and all of those colors but green and pinks looks the best. =)

If you really want to bring out your eyes, put on some pinkish/brownish eyeshadow first. then use a (non-liquid) eye liner on the top and on the bottom of your eye. Use a smaller brush right on the top of the eyeliner you put on on the top of your eye, use a darkb brown mixed with a TINY bit of green.

First use base, then powder your eyelid. That gives the liquid liner something to stick to and helps keep it from running. Use Almay liquid eyeliner in black, it has an easy and thick applicator, not a "brush". Kind of like a sharpie...
Have a blow drier at hand. As soon as you're done with one eye, blow it dry and do the other:)

try liqiud eye liner it is a lot better then pencil kind of hard to apply though
