All matter is moving. Not only are all atoms moving, but the particles inside of the atoms are moving around inside of them. I think that's as simple as it gets.

Not all living things move. Reproduction, growth, and metabolism are example of the characteristics of life. Note: I cannot think of the other characteristic!

When an organism is said to be living it has certain characteristics such as movement, growth etc an example of this would be you, you are living therefore you can move.

movement, on it's own, is not a characteristic of life (e.g. a car rolling down a hill, ball flying through the air, etc).
There are SEVEN criteria that something must fulfil if it is to be called "alive"

* it must be able to move
* it must be able to reproduce
* it's body cels must be able to carry out respiration
* it must be sensitive to it's environment
* it must be able to grow at some stage in its life
* it must excrete some form of waste
* it must get nutrients from it's environment.
