my boyfriend before he got with me he would go to his ex_wifes and set everyday there with his boy now he said he cant he said no one would put up with that he misses his boy he said now that he dont go there everyday he gets him on fridays now he said that was not right he should spend more time with him

I'm not sure what your question is.
If your boyfriend wants more time with his son, he should get a lawyer and go to court, requesting "visitation" be agreed upon.

then he should arrange for weekends and holidays. he doesnt need to be with his son all the time. there are 2 parents and he needs to get a life. depending on the age of the son if he is school age or older the son wont be wanting to hang around with mum or dad all the time, he will want to be with his friends. i think your boyfriend may be smothering him too much.
