How does management add value to an organization?

They don't....they suck it dry.... taking the lions share of the pay, and doing the least amount of the work. Most CEO's are overpaid while their employee's scrimp just to survive, and live payday to payday.

if there is no management there isn't organization..in order to be a successful business people are placed in management positions to organize and delegate.
