When you go to log on it will ask if you've "forgotten your password." Click on that and if you can answer the secret question that you answered when you signed up then they will send you the password at the secondary email address you listed.

What email password are you talking about? A web-based email program such as Yahoo Mail or Hotmail? If this is the case, your program should have a button "Lost Your Password?" that will helop you recover it.
Typically, emails that you read in Outlook or Outlook express don't have passwords (although the attachments -- .DOC, .ZIP -- may have one).

do you mean that you forgot your own password? In that case there is the possibillity of answering the secret question, or contact the provider.
if you wish to open an email on somebody else's account, I don't wish to give you information on how to do that.....
