As long as a man can still produce sperm, of course he's not too old! Obviously it is not usual, but it is not too old. However, a first time mother at this age would be too old, because women this age can usually no longer reproduce naturally, and it would be going against the laws of nature.

No.. must men at that age have at least ten and trying to get a few more, If he is going to be a great father then enjoy the time most men can careless on being a true father so if his heart is there so be it

There many fathers over 50. I had an uncle who was older than that.

Is this a Sociology class question? I don't think it's too old but that also depends on the guys attitude, general health and desire to be a father.
