Okay, you added details to your question. People are always going to be jealous of people who have more. It's human nature. Is there a country where this isn't true?

yeah, jealous of WHAT?

The WORLD is jealous of our prosperity, standard of living, welfare system, medical strides & accomplishments, engineering feats, openess of religions & their establishments/buildings (different ones on same street!), justice system, free voting, freedom of press, freedom to bear arms, educational system, restaurants compete with the best in the world, on and on and on.

That's why America is so hated - not the other way around. Those who have less want more, and they see Americans have more. Our poorest citizens' standard of living is great compared to 3rd world countries.

Jealous?
NOT.

PS - I'm among the "working poor". I work one full, one parttime job and am looking to get another parttime job set up. I may have to work weekends (another job). This is so I can get the home of my dreams. I earn approximately $50,000 less than the average person in the county I live in. I am considered as living in poverty (in this county). Am I jealous? Well, I'm frustrated. I'm tired. But I still have freedom and choices in life.

I may not get this home I'm fighting to get. Can't let my heart cry again over it (2nd time to try and get this house); may have to walk. This is America. If this opportunity passes by, I'll just have to pick up my toys and go elsewhere.

Support our Troops! Yeah!

=)

Jealous of what. We have everything we need, we are the most powerful nation on Earth. Just remember, when you judge another the only thing you really end up doing is define your self.

Because they are human beings and have emotions. They live in place that upholds freedom, more so - freedom of expression.

Such that they're not afraid to suppress their emotions,. They find a way to let others know what they really feel inside.

So if they're jealous of anything, you'll know it directly from them and not from any third party!!!

Not all of them are. I would venture to say everyone who's lived past their early years has been jealous at some point in their lives.

Why people ask stupid question? Why? Why? Why? Guess I just jealous of way you ask question. Sounds like the title of a b-movie from Russia.

you have to specify, what are you accusing us of? what are we jealous of? rephrase your question please

ok thanks for rephrasing...well some of us are insecure about our own social status, so when the insecure part of the population see others doing much better than they are, then that's when jealousy shows its ugly face
but don't let jealous people get to you because they are not just here in America, they are all over the world, believe it or not.
the best thing to do is just to ignore them.
works for me! :)
