Usually, the best method people learn a new language is through full immersion. For those who don't have the opportunity of visiting/studying/living in an English-speaking country, there are some other possibilities to improve the four abilities related to languages: reading, speaking, listening to and writing.

There are also various aspects to consider in order to obtain a successfully outcome when learning a new language: age, background, purpose of the study, and so on. In my country, music help youngsters to get involved in learning English. Besides being in, it's an excellent tool that eventually will help them to find a job, communicate effectively with foreigners, understand a film, etc.

I think the most important and common difficulty a Spanish-speaking learner faces when starts studying English is Phonetics. Spanish language doesn't have some of the most frequent sounds English has. It could be frustrating to attempt the utterance of some sounds totally unfamiliar to us.

Are you learning a new language?

Take an english speaking class. The difficulties depend on if they want to learn proper english. Or in most cases, broken english. I'm sure it would be difficult to learn for anbody considering it's the most complex language in the world, and most hispanics are lazy so that would make it even more difficult.(nothing personal, just speking in general)

What do you mean how do they learn it? They study it and practice speaking it of course! There could be many difficulties adjusting to the language. For instance if they are living in America and need to speak with other people out in public, they will need to know english, since that is America's native language. I'm sure it gets very frusterating.. imagine going to spain or some other country, and you aren't familiar with the language at all but people keep speaking spanish to interact with you. I know that I would go crazy!

The same way any other person would. They would take classes that teach them english. Just like you would take classes that teach you spanish. English is a pretty hard language for any non-english speaker to learn. It's because there are some many words that sound the same but have different meanings like "there, their and they're" or "wear and where" spanish language has different a different word for each word. "Allí, su, son" (for there, their, they're) "llevar, donde" (wear, where)
