You see I was playin' with my friend Jamal and this girl outta nowhere grabs my hand from no apparent reason. I said in a calming tone "don't touch me I don't know you like that" and she thought I was playin wit her. I was serious as hell. And the situation got serious. We started arguing. And remember I don't even know her, she may know me but still the fact is I don't know her. I was about to put these hands on her. (slang for beat her a**). Now be honest who was in the wrong? Me or her I want to know.

I think that it's a toss up..she may have just thought that she was helping him, then again, it's none of her business. I think that if you were calm, you did nothing wrong. I think that she should mind her own business unless something serious is happening. Just my opinion.

could she have been gay?? I would say she is in the wrong... 1. U told her not to touch you 2. you dont know her,and 3. she did no tleave u alone. You are in the right. what she done could have been considered sexual assault/harassment.

Well, if she put her ahands on you anad you honestly said it calmly and she didnt get the point then thats her fault... but then agian you could hav said seriously im not jokoeing can you please not touch me or you could have said ummm... who are u?? it s a hard situation... as long as you didnt" put your hands on her lol" hope i could help YOU GO GIRL!

She was in the wrong for touching you. It was uncalled for and when you said "don't touch me" it should have ended there.
