Stomp is a fairly casual show but it is always nice to dress up a little for a theatrical performance. I'd say some kind of casual hip, nothing too fancy, but not everyday wear either. Have fun! It's a great show.
P.S. Also depends on where the show is being held! No doubt you will see folks wearing a variety of outfits, from too sloppy up to way too dressy--put it somewhere in between!

wear some nice jeans an a button up shirt... and maybe comfertable shoes that u like..

helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, mouth guard. pretty much full body gear with pads so you don't get "STOMPED" on :<
