I have a friend that had sex the early part of dec. She ended up pregant. But the due date given her by the doc was September 24th which was sunday, and to day she still hadn't had the baby. Based on my calculations the due date should have been around late august or early september. Does anyone agree with me

Sounds right to me, is she sure she didn't have sex later and just thought she got pregnant at the first of the month? Ultrasounds are also really good at telling the exact age of the fetus, hmmm, sounds strange to me.

Due date would be between 9/7 and 9/14 using the standard 40 week rule.

Babies come when babies come. They can be early, they can be late.

The baby would be due by about September 8th. Babies come when they want to so just be patient. My first child was 2 weeks late.

I think this is the formula: Add 7 days to the first day of the last period. Then count back 3 months to detemine the due date.

babies aren't exact. some are early (two of my friends were 2-3 months premature), others are one time (i was only 3 weeks early) and others are late. just wait it out. its comfy in there ^_^
