Its from the early 90's and there was one lady character that wore a pink jumpsuit, she was dark skinned. She would come to life in this store when no one else what around.
Also, there was a guy that wore a brown hate and I think brown pants and a sweater vest...
Anyone remember this? Me and my friend are driving eachother crazy trying to think of this show! thanks

I don't know if it's from the 90s or not but my guess is the kiddie show "Today's Special" which was on in the 80s.

Yeah it was called "Today's Special". It was my favorite show!! I loved the opening credits where she had to close the store and then everyone came to life.
