I read what Deja vu is. Basically ur brain is like a hard disk. It has two areas in which it stores memories. It stores past memories and the rest of information, like knowing how to drive, knowing how the oven works, simple everyday stuff. There is a part of the brain which works like a filter and sorts out these memories and decides which ones to keep and which ones to 'put' where. For example u probably remember what u ate yesterday, but not a month ago. That info is useless and discarded after a while. The section of ur past memories, includes childhood, puberty and other stages of life. Sometimes the brain just makes a mistake and stores a recent memory, to the part with the older memories, thus giving u the illusion u've done/seen something before and are retreiving it from ur memory just now, when ur actually doing it for the very first time. It can be just a word or even a sequence of events. It doesn't mean ur brain malfunctions or anything, dont worry!! I get them ALL the time. It just happens to some people more often than others. Cool huh?

Over and over and over, but I think that deja vue is usually explainable. Something is the same, but not exactly. You really were there before. You saw a movie. You watched TV. And your mind plays a trick on you, as to the deja vue. But then this is probably deja vue all over again. (Yogi Berra)

yes...quite frequently. i was once on a car trip to a destination i had never been to before. all of a sudden everything seemed so familiar. i would have sworn i had been there before. i didnt even have to check my map to get to my destination. it was the strangest thing. i have smaller less significant deja-vus all the time, but that was probably the most significant.

definite many cases. i think like I keep going to a similar homestead over and yet all over again and a similar challenge takes position, and that i have performed it 3 or 4 cases yet noone believes me and each and every time it takes position they say that is the first time that this has got here about. i don't understand.. possibly i'm in simple terms loopy.

That's OK. Don't worry. Hey, someone sent for the cookie truck. Yeah, some very nice gentlemen dressed in white, yes, like the ice cream vendors, will be knocking on your door soon... don't worry, let them in... you'll recognize them... they're dressed in white, and they have these huge butterfly nets.... yes, that's it, smile... take it easy, take a deep breath now... stay calm, don't get excited...

Yes quite often and it still amazes me when it happens. I had one 2 monthes after it happened and that was quite disturbing.

there is a scientific reason i read. it was something about the right brain seeing something like a split second before the left and the brain processing the image at slightly different speeds so you think you seen it before because you did just second before.
