Should i study vocab, my reading score isnt really up to par

If you mean you'd start right this minute for a test that is just over a month away, then statistically speaking, no, it wouldn't be worth your time. There is reasoning that is required to do well in the verbal portion of the SAT, not just memorizing definitions. Verbal scores are most influenced by the amount of reading you've been doing throughout your youth, followed by some boost from in-depth SAT prep courses.

But the real boost in those test prep courses comes not from trying to do last minute studying of the subject matter, but from learning test-taking strategies. Therefore, the best use of your remaining time would be to 1) complete the practice SAT questions that come in your registration booklet and any others that you can get your hands on (for example, from SAT guides at your library), and 2) find information on test-taking strategies and review those.

YES it is - they figure if you cannot spell you cannot read properly. Get that score up!! Good Luck on your SAT!!!
