Prue should have come back to the show but Spelling didn't want to replace Shannon Dogerty. She was friends with his daughter Tori from back in the 90210 days and he has never replaced a star in a role before.
Personally I was always hoping she would come back and there would be a power of four with her as the ring they all join in.
Paige was a bad Idea, it is not possible for Patty to have had Paige with Sam and then be killed by the Sea Hag. Phoebe was still a baby so how could she have two babies at the same time? That is ridiculous. Plus she didn't have time to break up with her husband before Paige was born. What scandal!
At any rate, Prue should have come back during the finale. From a writing stand point I think she should have become the angel of life. After all she hated death and always fought against it , what btter role for her to play. She could have been the one to tell all the girls about their future children.
As for Paige, she married a mortal. that was kind of a let down. She was supposed to be the wild child maturing into super witch. She should have married some one more challenging. I am thinking an Avatar or an Eraser. Could you imagine those children?
Any way, I liked them both but Paige was sexier. Prue needed to be sexier but the censors were uptight back then.

Paige. She's way hotter than Prue because she didn't have to be much of a sister to them which means that she could have been like kicking thier butts more than Prue which is coooooooooooool.

Definently Prue, when she was alive there was more sister time and they talked more. Also they seemed to know when one of them was sick or something like that. Not to mention that Prue knew how to be the oldest and did the job really well. Piper is a good middle sister but not the best oldest sister. So Prue all the way!!!

pru was my favorite. more powerful than the others and she had more abilities. and i to hate that they never resolved her character. anyways i heard that the new CW is bring back Charmed like seventh heaven. granted that paige's orbing power were cool but telekinesis and astroprojection is way cooler.
what i never understood is paiges power. she is born from a powerful witch and a white lighter. since she is half white lighter that part of her power was inherited from her dad side as with wyatt and chris but what is her witch power from her mother side. and she being both charmed, a witch and a white lighter she should have been more powerful than billie or wyatt?
