you lifted something heavy recently probably and they why your arms are ache and stiff.

You might have pulled a muscle in the finger. Trust me, a sprain is about the most painful thing that people go through. I would take some anti-inflammatory (i.e. Aleeve, naproxen, Tylenol) so that the muscles will relax. Then I would alternate ice and cold for about an hour. See how that works for you.

Umm well i dont know but u should try stretching ur arms and fingers...it might help!
