I don't think Crocs are a fad. They've been around for 4 years, and they gained a lot more popularity for the 3.5 years before they became a publicly traded company. They've already gone past the "fad" stage and become a part of the shoe market (as proven by all the cheap crappy knock-offs).

striped shirts are pretty much all the rage now.. and skirts with leggings are pretty popular too.. pretty much some of the stuff from the 80s is coming back i think.. also striped button-down preppy-ish shirts have gotten really popular for girls too
