Alright, i really dont have anything against black people as a whole. In fact, i have black friends, but this problem reoccurs so much. When i get on the bus, the black girls on the bus talk and laugh so ******* loudly, that i HAVE to turn on my volume to max. In the daytime, when i ride home, i sit with my friend, who is very large (not fat, its a combinations of muscle and just sheer height), i hardly have enough room to sit my *** on with jsut us two, and a girl asks to sit there, so i say that there isnt enough room. As if she were deaf, the black girl across the isle says she can move over because she is holding her cheerleading stuff. I say i dont have enough room. She gives me an exasperated look and tells me in a annoying way, "you are SO RUDE!" and schooches over. I then exclaim, "LOOK AT THIS HUGE *** WHITE GUY NEXT TO ME!! I CANT SCOOT OVER! So ironic that she knows what rude is, when she and her friends talk as if they are half deaf

As lisabug77... thoughtfully pointed out, i should have gotten up, and gaven the young lady a seat, since, in this fair world, ALL WOMEN should be able to sit in the seats and men stand. WHAT A FAIR ******* WORLD. Look people, when it comes to manners to a lady, i will treat her respectfully, and courteously. However, when you think that woman should not have been opressed for so long, think about how you expect a man to open a door for you, stand up and let you sit down in his place. You want men to treat you the same?? then get to in the seat early like every other ******* human being does. If your pregnant, sure i will be obliged to help you out. But just think about this for a second dimwit, when did you stand up and let a man sit down instead of you, oh fair and righteous one?

You know what? read my damn words more carefully, you just look like fools trying to nit-pick what i did wrong. And generalizing about the "non-blacks" is horrible. First of all, am i generalizing? when i see a black girl, i dont think loud and obnoxious, i label them when they speaketh their words. My question? if you have figured it out, Why are black people like this. I stated it, but obviously not vividly enough. Someone said that i was rude to the guy i sat next to? We say puns to each other all the times, he calls me a silly asian, and i call him a fat whitie. We know were kidding, and its our way to kid around. And for those of you who judged me on my text ... im not this open in real life, im reserved, i dont talk back to people, i take it like a whore. This is my way of getting it off my chest, and also a way to laugh as i scroll past the futile attempts at labeling me as a racist white pig.

There are extremely rude people in every culture. However, not all black people are like this. This is part of the culture of many YOUNG black people who are of low socio-economic status.

I work in a building with tons of black and hispanic people. None of them are like that. A lot of the problem is due to young people. Most black adults would never act like that. At least not the ones I know.

One thing I absolutely must comment on though is what one girl said:

One thing about the male species this day is that they have NO MANNERS. If there's EVER a girl, woman, old lady, whatever, ANY FEMALE standing in a bus or train the male should ALWAYS stand up for her to have a seat!!
What's happened to decensy? Respect? Care?

I totally disagree. I am just as capable of standing on a bus as a man. I am a person first and foremost, I am not a god da.m.n princess. If you want equal rights, then you should be consistent about it. If you are arguing that you should be paid the same as men for doing the same jobs they do (as I do) then you shouldn't be expecting a man to give up his seat on the bus for you. Like Gloria Steinem said "A pedestal is as much a prison as any small confined space".

I understand you plight. I think this is simply a culture thing. I my self am black but I do not act in this way, and I also find it to be that most of this behavior is done by black women, I have only seen black men doing this behavior in the movies. I as a black man have run into a lot of white people that show a small amount of intimidation when they come in contact with a black person. Some blacks will use this to try and get what they want. I find this to be distasteful and also perpetuates prejudice. Also be away that this type of rude behavior is instilled in a person at a young age, so it becomes a cultural cycle that gets passed down to children, when they grow up they pass this same behavior on to there children. Most can be cured from this rude behavior with a good old fashion beat down.

If you didn't have a problem with black people, then you wouldn't need to mention the fact the this rude girl was a black rude girl. You would have said, this rude girl. But I actutally agree with her that you were more rude to her. NO, you dont have to give up your seat beacuse she was a woman, but you could have given it up because she was a person carrying a lot of stuff. That would have been polite. Her being rude to you, is equal to you being rude to her. By the way she sked could she sit there politels and didn't yell and scream, but she gave you a dirty look and called you rude, but you yelled to the top of your lungs about the guy being fat. I think we can truly see who is the rude person.

The fact that you say you have black friends and need to label blacks as being loud [like other teens arent loud and obnoxious, as far as I can tell you all are], lets me know that you do have a bit of a problem with black people, which is fine by me. The only issue I take with your statement [cant call it i a question] is the fact that you are globalizing blacks. I am black and I actually have a rather soft voice. Perhaps you may want to either lump it if you dont like it or ask an actual question next time.

Best of luck to you and your portly pal.

Er, sorry to bring the bad news, but you can't get very far making generalizations about people based on color. No matter how accurate your description, millions and millions of people that are the same color are going to prove you wrong.

You could probably describe this whole situation without any mention of color whatsoever. "black" guys used to cut to the front of the lunch line in high school, apparently resenting that "white" people spent a ton of money to bus them to a decent school, because we are trying to keep them down or something.

But really, they were just poor kids from a neighborhood where people get shot and do a ton of street drugs, our school was like some kind of fairy tale land to them, unreal.

Try describing these situations in terms of culture and class instead of color, and you will understand the situation a lot better.

If you are in some kind of 'us' v 'them' situation, you probably have different conceptions of what rude is.

You're in high school, you can avoid anyone and they will go away. Enjoy it while you can, adult life isn't so. Eventually though, you're going to have to develop diplomatic skillz, or you'll have trouble. Believe me.

i cannot disagree with you. some black females, in particular, are very aggressive and intimidating and like to fight. i know this, because I grew up in SOUTH CENTRAL LOS ANGELES! They terrified the crap out of me everyday when I went to school ~ and still do, in some ways,. However, I have to understand that NOT ALL black people are like this ~ like THERE ARE GOOD AND BAD IN ALL RACES! I think a large part of it has to do with the fact the blacks get mistreated so much in society that they automatically become defensive to self-protect!

Who cares if they're annoying.
You do what a respectable person should do: stand up for the lady and let her have your seat.

When I've been pregnant, nothing has irritated me more than the snobbish and selfish attitude of any girl or boy who saw me in my huge and very uncomfortable and unstable postition and would not let me have a place to sit! This just enfuriates me!
When I see it happen, I get so angry. If I was your parent I'd smack you across the head! Just like I wish I could do to any other ignorant, selfish person who won't give up a seat to a woman!

You have no right whatseoever to label blacks as a whole, because you are a KID. What the hell does a KID know about the world? I've been alive longer than you!

I have found that there are two types to every race. One is the good side and the other is its evil, stupid or ignorant counterpart. More times than none, we encounter the hicks, spicks and ***** than we do the law-abiding, upstanding citizen we want.

A good way to put it:
There are white people and white trash.
There are mexicans and wetbacks.
There are blacks and N******.

The best thing to do is ignore it the other half. It never made things better by throwing gasoline into the flames, and if you would have said something, only a huge mess of crap would've ensued from it.
