I have eye bags under my eyes. I am 13yrs old and am a african american. and a boy. Is there anyway I can take the bags off?

definitely get some good sleep. Try the cucumber thing too. I feel so bad that you are only 13 and worried about this. Are you under alot of stress right now? that can contribute.
Try this too: have your mom steep some Tea bags, and while they are cooled but still a little warm, close your eyes and let them sit there for a while as you relax.

Home made tip: Cut 2 slices of cucumber and place them over your eyes for 15 mins, works better with clean skin (after shower)
