I really wanted to get fit and strong going to thye gym, but i'm so skinny even to start going to the gym.. what should i do?

Eat well, have a lot of fruit and vegetables and some high protein foods.
There are plenty of fruit that will help you gain weight, (bananas, grapes, avocados, apricots, etc.) ... .
If necessary use some high protein supplements for a while.
Ask your gp (doctor) for some good tips, and also look up health and nutrition websites for more information about what food might be most beneficial...
The gym will be good for toning up muscles, and the instructors will probably also be able to give you some good tips on how to shape up.
Whatever you do, take it slow and easy...Enjoy changing your figure...Life has to be fun!

Start taking creatine (50 cent uses it to fill is muscles up with water), and drink like a gallon of water a day (or just 6 20's full of water is ok), take Meal Replacements, you can go to GNC, but its cheaper at the Vitamin Shoppe, also known as protein shakes. On everything I love do 100 pushups a day, 10 a set. Thats saying do 10, stop and do 10 until you get to 100. Stop being so active, when you eat, go and lie down, or sit down and eat some chips. Please dont smoke, it kills your appetite. Water increases your appetite from my experience.

Consider yourself lucky. You can eat as much as you can. Now, talking seriously, maybe you should see a doctor to make sure your present weight is not due to any kind of health disorder. He will tell you what`s the best way for you to gain weight.

Don't worry about it. Your metabolism is probably really good. You might not be able to gain weight. You're lucky, be happy!
