I dont disagree with what he said, but it doesnt show respect for the coach. Im a huge Giants fan, and im asking this.

yea he shouldnt have said what he siad but then again have to agree with him. If the coach is not going to step in and say what he has to say on whats going on with the team then i dont blame the players for saying what they have to say

Yes, I am a Patriots fan!! And Coach Tom, just does not seem to have any kind of game plan!!! Shockey, is an underrated Tight end!! He might not have the speed of Ben Watson, I bet you Parcells would rather have him then that thing called TO

He didn't show respect for Coughlin, but I've never been that impressed with Coughlin as a coach. The disciplinarian crap only gets you so far; you have to have a brain between your ears and I'm not convinced Tom has one.

i wonder what would have happened if Shockey was playin in ANY other team and would sledge a coach like that?!?!?!
i know that in my team (however good he might be )he would be riding the bench for the rest of the season!!!!
