Unleaded is highly carciogenic and leaded petrol presents fewer health dangers with no link to lead in children. How have they conned us with this rubbish catalyst technology when we should have gone lean burn leaded?

Unleaded is not leaded with the lead removed.
Its tetra ethyl lead any way.
I worked on engine development for some years and we all had the same opinion.
Meanwhile great swaythes of africa continue to be dug up for the precious elements that make catalysts (HOHO) work.

you know whats weired about the lead and unleaded thing is they , lead is where the octane came from, now its a man made chemical to replace it, so what side effects are the children of tomorrow going to have ? and in many racing applications they still use leaded fuel, and is still manufactured and one company called F&L racing fuel sales it ,call racing fuel (off road use only)and why is it even aloud cause if its so harmful its like saying the air where you race is never going to mix with the other air we breath, and no smog devices on race cars so where does this seem ok at any level? , some people say well they don't race a s often so it ok , thats not a good awnser, and since racing is the worlds largest spectator sport they expose 150 to 200 thousand people at a time so there is a or should I say just because there is no smoke that does not mean no fire right, hypo question if you went into you garage and closed all the dores and smoked 1 carton of cirgetts and then opend the dors you would be alive but green lol, now do the samething in a new clean burning vehicle and you will expire is 25 to 40 min just saying don't do it, but you get my point, these people say nothing coming out of the tail pip that can be seen is good , really its not, its clear death !so I guess I am with you on this one to a point, I mean oil is not a good or should I say healty way to run anything but why not leave the lead ?Cataletid converters do zero for clean air, its a device that cause leaded fuel burns hotor than unleaded ,and the converter insides melt and pulgs up the ehxust pip and that's the leagl loop whole meaning they plug up your pip that means you used leaded fuel so then its conciderd a clean air device, no its a failsafe for unleaded only, now they coat valves and pistons so if the system is to run leaded fuel or addative, it will burn or melt these items OBDI OBDII OBC, the first converters were pellets, now there ceramic honey comed, they last much much longer, 02 cencers sence the unberned particals PPM (parts per million).of gasoline and tell the computer to ajst accordingly air and fuel ratio automaticly, so mortors now are much more fuel efficint that are yester year motors , a carburator vehicle wasted 45 % of fuel ,and fuel injection is 98 % efficient and tune ups as we know it, are a thing of the past, because of this we are doing more with less so, good question take care, spell check not working sorry

Please think.

Leaded is only unleaded with lead added. So, how could leaded not contain the carciogens you speak of?

The catalitic converter was added to trap pollutants. The pollutants from burning leaded fuel would quickly destroy the converter, so the switch to unleaded was made.
