Orchestral Maneuvers: The Music Of Pink Floyd by DAVID PALMER
This is NOT a Pink Floyd release.... it is orchestral cover versions of Pink Floyd songs... and it is actually rather entertaining. (he has one for Jethro Tull too.)
I'm sure you can find it easily on Amazon.

as far as I know, there is no acustic album, but... you can try with Pink Floyd's album "Meddle", some guitar magazines name this album as "The Acustic Side Of Pink Floyd", I'm sure you will enjoy the acustic songs!
