Yes, you can. But if you are that young that you haven't even started your period, you need to seriously think about this before you do something that is going to give you a horrible reputation and something you are going to regret for possible the rest of your life. Next time you go out, think who you are going to get to babysit if you have a baby and hope they don't have plans. It absolutely can happen!

To compare this to anything it is similar when dogs go into heat they can not get pregnant without having that period. Your body has not started releasing an egg yet. Once you have that period that is when you get pregnant, unless you are older and have female problems

You can certainly get pregnant before you have your first period. There is a risk of getting pregnant anytime that you fool around without a condom on.
