Undoubtedly the "scariest" movie ever made was "The Exorcist". At the time it was released, nothing had taken horror that far. Any slasher movie can get people to jump at least once, but no other movie has made people lie awake late at night, their mind full of fear and unable to fall asleep. The supernatural and satan always scare the sh!t out of anyone. That movie scares me to the root of my heart and I don't care if anyone says it had no effct on them, they were lying.

I have a suggestion, go to the video store an rent some classics. The original Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Halloween, and Phantasm you will enjoy them. Peace.
