that people seemed to vote on undiced questions, simply to earn points, as answers at the top, polled more votes, suggesting people didnt look.
Why did yahoo delete this.
I asked a question about why an asker, posting obvously racist stuff to wind people up, had asked a succession of questions, without being deleted. This was deleted by yahoo.
Why?

We have discussed this for weeks. Yahoo answers are a law unto themselves and I've had lots of answers violated yet some disgusting ones that i reported, went unpunished, they don't even reply when you ask for a reason...............

People do tend to vote for the first answers on the undecided questions. I look through them though because the first answer ins't always the best. As for your deleted question, a lot of people get questions deleted without an explanation.

I asked a question, which prompted discussion rather than being a question - answer format. My question was deleted.
I think that they are trying to keep this site strictly question/answer, UNLESS the questions come from famous people that is....(Stephen Hawking etc)

I just was thinking the same thing, I answered a question, and they were not cussing or wrongful words , and when it appeared , part of it was deleted-hmmm
