that people seemed to vote on undiced questions, simply to earn points, as answers at the top, polled more votes, suggesting people didnt look.
Why did yahoo delete this.
I asked a question about why an asker, posting obvously racist stuff to wind people up, had asked a succession of questions, without being deleted. This was deleted by yahoo.
Why?

We have discussed this for weeks. Yahoo answers are a law unto themselves and I've had lots of answers violated yet some disgusting ones that i reported, went unpunished, they don't even reply when you ask for a reason...............

People do tend to vote for the first answers on the undecided questions. I look through them though because the first answer ins't always the best. As for your deleted question, a lot of people get questions deleted without an explanation.

I asked a question, which prompted discussion rather than being a question - answer format. My question was deleted.
I think that they are trying to keep this site strictly question/answer, UNLESS the questions come from famous people that is....(Stephen Hawking etc)

You're correct regarding your first point and perhaps Yahoo didn't wish to continue the saga of your second.

because someone out there has an itchy report finger.
Also, you hit Yahoo Answers where it hurts and you expect them to stand still and take it?
