My bf has an x that already has his child, she was caught cheating and is preg again but doesnt know who the father is. She wont let him pay child support, wont let him have visitation. Latley she has been showing up and bringing his child and staying at my house for an hour or so, I have been nice to her so that she doesnt get angry and take off with the kid again. She was ok the first few times, but as its going on she's taken to saying nasty things about x and today she walked in without even knocking, like she owned the place. I have been gritting my teeth, trying to let it blow by but its getting rediculous. What do i do?

the best thing to do is have your bf talk to her about barging into your house uninvited and also to call before she comes over and politely ask do you mind if i drop by or are you busy right now? unannounced company especially it being his ex does not cut it.he should have stopped it along time ago.sounds like she has big problems and needs a shoulder to cry on so she picked him.she is up to something not letting him pay child support.theres something rotten in denmark.he has to be more considerate of your feelings and privacy and stop her in her tracks before you loose him because of her.if she won't let him pay child support and have visitation rights, ask yourself this, then why is she coming over to my house?it makes no sense unless she's up to no good. good luck pete

Well, in terms of visitation, he should take her to court so that he can see his child. That will also mean that he will have to pay child support. You need to put a stop to her just coming in when she feels like it. It is your home and she has no right to do so. Also, let her know that you do not appreciate what she says about him & if she continues she will no longer be welcome in your home.

You have to stop it now before it gets any worse because it will.

Good luck!
