I remember having Goths in high school, but Emos. How do they differ?

Goths are into the whole death thing with the black and the make-up and all. Emos is short for emotional. No make-up more just depressed.

Emo means emotional....i don't want to sound rude but personally think emos are just wanna be's to the goth sub culture....they act like there life sux so bad and most of the time it doesn't....goths they look on the darker side of life....not all emo's are wanna be but most of them are...well the ones i know

emoes are the posers who steal all the women... emos tend to stand out more and want to be noticed... the goths i know are geniuses and they aren't as ostentatious as their girl jean wearing counterparts...
