Why do we let foreign dictators come into our country and use our right of "Freedom of Speech" to badmouth our country and our president?

Because it is just that. Freedom of Speech. If it were a matter of national security we would shoot him/her. If you went to some other countries and bad mouthed their leader you could be beheaded. But just as you have the right to speak up and complain about your politicians they have the same right.

Hugo Chaves was elected with more votes than Bush. He was speaking at the United Nations, which is not the United States, but a piece of property in New York that is international. It was set up after WWII for world leaders to peacefully debate international issues. If the UN was changed so that the only issues that could be debated are those that are not critical of the US, that sounds dictatorial to me.

Freedom of Speech applies to guests in the country in addition to the citizens. We hope that these "guests" show some reserve and speak appropriately.

You sound like a conservative, and you probably spoke out fiercely about Clinton and now you can't take it.

Ask the libs, they'd have a fit if it were stopped. The commi...aclu would might even file court papers. It seems that many in this country would give foreigners more rights that we have.

I would have assassinated that fat-face idiot if I was old enough to drive. You hippie geners are weak. MY America will not stand for any insults. A little korean boy in an underwater cave could whisper "down with the USA" and would procede to have a cruise missile shoved in an uncomfortable place within 2 minutes.

The same reason you allow your government to proceed with their allegations and start feuds with other countries without your question or consent.

Yeah it totally sucks but any attempt to prohibit it or seek revenge on those who do it would just be adding more fuel to the fire.

We don't shoot people for speaking their mind. If they did, most here would have been dead in the first week!
