i am trying to print out a powerpoint presentation that i made but whenever i go to print it, it does one slide at a time on one page. i want to try and get 6 slides on a single page. can anyone help? its not opened with microsoft powerpoint, instead its called open office.

on the side of the page...where you can see all of the slides...look down to the bottom and there should be about three buttons...the first one, when you leave your mouse on it long enough, should say Normal View...the second one, should say, Slide Shorter View...click on that one and then press print and it should come out all on the same page!...hope this helps!

Do you have powerpoint on your computer? If you do then it should open with Powerpoint. Try right clicking on the icon to open with, then select powerpoint. Next go file print, when the pop up box comes up select slides, then enter the number of slides. That should work.

File > Print

On the print screen about mid/lower left hand of the window you should see a drop down box that says SLIDES. Change this to HANDOUTS.

Then next to is reorder the slides.
