I think you need some professional fertility advice not just a list of everyone's favorite positions.
Has your husband's sperm been tested for count, mobility, and normality? Have you been checked for viable eggs and no tubal blockages and proper pH? There's a lot involved, including patience and luck.
After you get all of those details straight you can go nuts with a lot of variations on positions (saving them of course for when you are fertile). I think that you on top is lots of fun but not very conducive to getting all the plumbing properly aligned for transfers. There are even positions touted for after-sex to encourage the sperm to go in the right direction.

This topic is all speculation. Some doctor's say that "missionary" or "doggy style" is best because the sperms starts closer to its destination. Other doctor's day that any position that allows the woman to orgasm is best. The muscle contractions from an orgasm help the sperm travel to their destination faster.

You on top is a fun position. Try the face down/*** up thing. It worked for us. Plus try getting the obulation date down in general. Like a five day window in which you have sex once a day. I read a report of a couple who had sex three times a day to concieve, the doctor told them to cut back to once a day. A month later the rabbit died.

This isn't a position but, here's a trick my Dr. told me to try. Take a dose of Robitussin around your ovulation. This helps thin the mucus so the sperm can swim more freely.

Yeah, better try em all though. Just to increase the odds. At least those that flexability will allow. Even the ones that are just fun and WON'T cause pregnacy. Important anyway.

If you both can orgasm at the same time -that can draw the sperm futher up in you.
After sex hold your legs up for 10 minutes to help the sperm out..
Go to http://www.mymonthlycycles.com and put in your period info and it will calculate when you will be fertile and ovulating.
It is a free and very helpful website.
Just relax and it will happen....Good luck

No position can help that.. sorry...
Just make sure that the guy is the same race as your husband, so he wont start asking questions.

i don't think it matters what position you get into...its all a matter of timing.......your ovulation cycle........just stop trying so hard.....it will happen when you least expect it
