I know this is a really general question, and I apologize for that. All I know is I scream in my sleep, sometimes even bloody murder and then have not recollection of it the next morning. My husband is getting really frustrated because he'll ask me and I honestly have no idea what he is talking about. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can do to stop?

I don't know what I say, but I'm usually really mad when I do talk or scream.

Sleep talking doesn't actually occur during the dreaming stage of sleep. It occurs in deep sleep. That's why you don't remember a thing.
I've included a BBC Health link below. Hope it helps. Good luck to you.

Talking in your sleep is generally a sign of many things. In my case, it's a sign that I am under a good deal of stress. My husband also notes that I, as a multilingual speaker, don't always speak English when I'm talking in my sleep. But I've also been known to sing, eat and even shower in my sleep. A doctor or a sleep specialist should offer up suggestions for minimizing the frequency of your bouts, and my advice is to work on stress relief :)
