well 1st connect ur usb cable in pC as well as wit ur cell phone then open that program u ll see that ur mobile is no connect wit ur pc now u can transfer watever u want in ur mobile . if u can tel me wat program u using then i can tel more easy

its very simple when u connect ur razr phone to pc it will make a new drive in my computer in that drive u put songs pics anything u want.

if its a motorola you have to have motorla tools 4.0 or the right drivers.
