Whenever I hear a Christian say this concernig politics I simply cringe, the hipocrocy indicates that those Christians I can not trust. The Constitution party is truly Christian conservative.

What is it that makes you cringe, exactly?

Why do you cringe only when Christians say it?

Is "truly Christian conservative" supposed to be a selling point?

As for what I think about choosing the lesser of two evils regarding politics.

I HATE it and often refuse to do so. I have often voted for third party candidates (especially when the California vote was clear and I was in no danger of helping elect the worst of two evils).

I wish more people voted other than Dem/Rep. Maybe one of them would have to nominate a Human Being for a change.

My mother is Pagan and says this about politics, is even less cringeful? If so, then shut up. I call discrimatory shenanigans!

Well, you know, you have to figure, these people that came to America to get away from Prosecution were Protestants, which were Christian, who wrote the Constitution and the like...

But generally, you choose the one who will do the least damage. But in Presidential elections, the people don't get to choose, but the electoral voters do. So you really have no control over that.

You would be very fortunate to have one of the 2 candidates to have the same solutions to all the issues as you would want. Since that would be impossible, you need to pick the one that you think agrees with you on the most of the issues, or the most important of the issues. Hence-the least of the 2 evils.

Whenever I have to choose between 2 evils, I always like to choose the one I've never done before.

nevertheless it is true. The choice is sometimes the rock or the hard place, and there's no alternative. hen you have to decide and choose the lesser evil. Or else maybe commit suicide, but that would be cheating

To me the lessor of 2 evils mean that neither one of the candidates are worthy, but which one will do the less damage

In my experience, the greater of the two evils is usually more fun.

choose the weaker evil because you have a better chance of defeating them and becoming their leader. its kinda like why pick a fight with a body builder when you can pick a fight with the wimp next to him.
