I was at burger king once and I was only suppose to get two dollars back but instead the guy gave me $22 I was honest and gave him the $20 bill back. And then after trying for five years I found out I was pregnant a couple weeks later. When you are honest you are blessed.

Are you kidding? This lady at the corner store gave me my twenty and my sixteen dollars change- of course I kept it. Money is not something i'm honest about. I don't care what you say, she should have payed attention in math class or payed more attention to her cash counting. I'm usually pretty honest about everything else. The only people that i'm always honest with are the ones I love and respect.

Honest! I have had it happen but it was at a supermarket, the lady gave me my full check and didn't deduct the food I had bought. What was the right thing to do? I called her attention to the problem and paid for the food. She was so thank full and I knew it was the right thing to do as we all have to answer to the negative someday and Karma will always get you.

Give it back and tell the employee to be more careful, not to be rude, but so they don't get in trouble for being short on their register.

To be honest, if the cashier was nice and friendly I would give it back because I would feel bad. But, if they were mean and treated me bad then I would keep it. It all depends on how pleasant they are.
