So I asked a question yesterday and got a lot of really awesome answers, but in the past, I've told a girl that I liked her and got rejected. Does anybody have subtle suggestions or clues that I could give this new girl to work with?

Errr...it's like geting to know anyone at first. You have to talk. Why not find out if you have things in common, then worry about if you might move on to a relationship. Might be nice to just make a friend, not get rejected for only wanting to be a lover.

I have this same problem everytime a new girlt that interests me at works starts. I was in the same situation as you, I got rejected when a girl I worked with rejected me pretty badly, but not because I'm a lesbian, but because she wished that i had just asked her face to face instead of hearing it from other people. So, I suggest you subtle hint around at what her orientation or whether or not she may want to do out with you, but do it when you two are alone. You'll get a real, true answer from her if you don't confront her in front of people. I wish I had known this sooner.

subtelty is overrated...i like to come out and say it...not shout the thing in their face but kinda put an edge to it...maybe thats being put on the spot and my way sucks...but it had worked when i needed it to.
