My girlfriend lives in the Ukraine,im British and trying to get her to come for a 2 week holiday,been told by a legal expert that visitor visa,s for girlfriends fail about 95% of the time and best way is a fiancee visa,only problem legal people want £650 to do papers,I have to provide evidence of earning to be able to support her for 6 months and im self employed for only 2 months so no wage slips,we only want a holiday for christs sake,is there not an easier cheaper but legal way?

I wouldn't pay that kind of money to have somebody else do the papers, as you could both probably do it easily enough yourselves. You will have to prove you can support her though, until after the marriage.. then she would be able to find a job of her own. But if it's only a holiday you're after, it seems a bit of a complicated process to go through, especially if you have no intention of getting married to her in the first place.

Maybe you could go and visit her instead, or alternatively you could both agree to meet up somewhere else. Be sure to check all the visa laws of any country you plan to visit though first, before you go ahead and book anything. :-/

Visit the British embassy in Ukraine to apply for a tourist visa for a two week holiday.

put her on a plane and when she arrives get her to claim assylum
it will be years before immigration catch up with her, if they catch up with her at all
and it wont cost a penny more than the plane fare

tell her to go to the nearest british embassy in her country and apply for one there
