Bobby Hill is a lover, not a fighter. He'd try to be Bart Simpson's best friend instead of fighting him, so in that sense, Bobby would win with kindness.

Bart Simpson, he would do unholy things to bobby hill. Bob Hilly is on the iffeminate side far as cartoon characters go, you can see how this dissapoints Hank to no end. Did anyone catch last weeks episode of the Simpsons? was it just me but did Bart lie about smoking reefer?

bobby hill will get at bart with his humor. bart does have a good sense of humor. look at his family so i would have to say bobby hill. he's the man.
