I've had my eyes wide open for years. I see a woman who worked hard to raise her family, to serve God by serving the needs of those in her community, who is now physically disabled and still serving needs wherever and however I can.

an infinitesimal fleck on the timeline of the world. a puzzle with most of the pieces interlocked and secure (some pieces stained with coffee, some a little chewed looking, some pristine and sharp edged). a dreamer and a wisher with one foot hardened in the cement of Common Sense. and something else, i just can't remember what it's called. . .

dark curly hair...that is flat from a day under a hat...glasses with very tired blue/grey eyes underneath. Kinda heavy set but still cute.

no mirrors nearby, I would just look kinda old and fat mostly I think. I do have some real character though, I think I look a bit like my great grandfather, and my great great grandfather. Not exactly like them but I still like the resemblance. I think my great great grandfather looks sort of like a wimp though.
