There is absolutely no reason not to have intercourse during menstruation (a woman's time of the month) if it doesn't bother either her or you. Sometimes people are easily embarrassed about this. It also depends on how well you know her. Make sure to use a Condom, especially if you aren't serious with her or don't know her past sexual history. Blood and body precautions are very important to follow.
Actually a woman is sometimes more aroused during her period due to hormonal changes. Put a towel on the bed and go for it.

She may get an infection (not necessarily very serious but unpleasant anyway) - it happens quite often, so I've heard, especially when it's an unprotected act. Gross - not really. Messy - most probably. Never felt like trying, really. When it is that time of the month, I'd rather go for cuddles and gentle massage... The most important thing is how she feels about it, I guess. Some girls experience a lot of unpleasant sensations at that time and are not in the mood for too much intimacy. Some may actually enjoy it. It's all quite individual.

It is okay to have sex with a woman who's having a menstrual period. It's likely to be a bit messy, but she's likely to be more into it than at other times of the month--or she may not be. It's really a very individual decision on the part of both partners.

Medically it's safe, but it's pretty messy. And it may not be something she wants to do, not just because of the menstration but because of the hormonal changes that are occuring. If you and you partner want to do it, go right ahead.

Obviously you want to use a condom unless both you and your partner have been checked for blood-born pathogens such as HIV and hepatitis, since there is substantial blood to blood contact through the head of the penis.

Perfectly acceptable. In fact, you might be doing her a favor. It helps relieve cramping.

However, don't be a jerk and point out the amount of blood that comes out of her. She won't thank you for that.

It's okay but it just depends on how you and she feel about it. It's going to be messy but that's up to the two of you whether that will be upsetting to you or not.

It's perfectly fine, as long as you realize it could get messy and not be very pleasant for her
