If you knew that the baby you were about to save from abortion was going to grow up to be gay and proud, would you still attempt to save his life? Just so you know I am pro choice, but very interested in any responses I get that seriously answer the question.

of course! life is important, regardless of sexual orientation. gay people are people, too, and they have just as many contributions to society as heterosexuals.

Well, you are saying that being gay is determined before birth, and not by lifestyle. So your question doesn't make sense. If environment has anything to do with orientation then how can you say the child will grow up gay?

And contrary to your obvious opinions, most Christians are not against gay people, just the lifestyle. A man doing another man in the butt is an affront to nature, therefore I can not support it. I know gay people and I work with gay people. they are still people and I treat them with the respect I would treat any other person. It doesn't mean I have to support their lifestyle and support more rights for the gay lifestyle. I don't support rights for child molesters, animal Fokkers, and people who want multiple wives either.

I am not "against" a gay lifestyle. I just don't feel that it is completely natural, but it is your choice of how you live your life.

I do believe that every child should be given the opportunity to make their own choices as well, not have that choice made for them to never be able to experience life.

So my question is....

If you are pro choice, who's choice do you support? Obviously not that of the unborn child.

You started this hypothetical debate.... I'm just taking it to it's logical conclusion.

If you knew that the child that you are aborting would grow up to finally legalize without restriction the free choice to abort children, would you fight just as hard to protect it's life? Would you fight just as hard to allow it to be aborted, if that were the mothers "choice"?

I don't think a future straight or homosexual should be brutally killed.I know of no one who supports protecting the life of babies that make any stipulations.
