Here's a chinese gender chart. It is for entertainment only and doesn't guarantee what sex you will have. A more reliable--but not guaranteed method is the shettles method.

It's been wrong for me everytime. I think it's a crock. ;) I've heard that that female sperm lives longer and swims slower in the woman's body so if you have sex a couple days before or a couple days after you actually ovulate, you're more likely to have a girl. And male sperm swims faster and doesn't live as long so if you have sex the day you ovulate you're more likely to have a boy.
I think it's hard to plan your baby unless you do the costly gender selection. But do all the old wives tales and hope for the best!! Have fun!!

The chinese calender is broken down into 12 years, ours is 12 months. So each year is designated to a specific animal. I have heard tales that you can predict/choose the sex, but please, do you really believe in that? Have some fun with this link.

The chinese calendar is an old way to supposedly predict the gender of your baby. It DIDN'T work for me! Here is a website and it states it is just for fun.

They don' work. I looked up info on both of my kids and it said that my first child should have been a girl and it was a boy. My second son it was correct one. My sister-in-law said that she would have a boy and she had a girl. And it was correct this year with both of my sister.
But I don't believe it. Look up your family info and see if it works. If you want a baby that bad, you should just be happy with what you get. Good Luck!

no, the only way that you can select the gender of your baby is to have it genetically done.
